We offer fast dispatch and nationwide delivery on all our products:- In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days
- Delivery typically takes up to 7 working days after dispatch (location dependent)
- Custom or made-to-order whiteboards and pinboards require up to 15 working days for manufacturing
- Boards are shipped from our depots in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth

- Please inspect your delivery for transit damage as soon as it arrives
- Notify us within 48 hours of any damage or issues—claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted
- If no one is available to receive the delivery or the address is incorrect, re-delivery fees may apply

- Custom sizes or made-to-order boards require up to 10-15 working days
- Boards over 1800 x 1200mm may incur pallet or sensitive freight charges
- Metro areas (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) receive local delivery by our team

- Pick-up is available by prior arrangement
- Ensure your vehicle is large enough to carry the board safely inside
- Boards cannot be transported on roof racks or open utes
- Transit damage during pick-up transport is not covered under warranty
